Intelligence for investors.
Advice for founders.

Twosight Capital is an independent markets intelligence and capital advisory firm. We publish institutional-grade research across digital assets, equities and commodities, and we advise companies preparing to raise capital.

About the firm

A boutique firm, run by its founders.

Twosight Capital is a boutique markets intelligence and capital advisory firm, founded by two brothers: one in quantitative engineering, one in corporate finance.

One side of the firm builds the models, data and tools. The other has structured and closed real transactions. Every view we publish and every mandate we take draws on both.

We keep the firm deliberately small. Research is written by the people who build the models, and advisory mandates are led by the partners from first conversation to close.

Coverage
Digital assets, global equities, gold & energy
Method

Structure

What we do

Two disciplines. One standard.

Subscription research for investors. Selective advisory for companies raising capital.

I / INTELLIGENCE

Markets Intelligence — for investors

A subscription research platform combining written analysis with proprietary quantitative tooling. Built for investors who want a clear, cross-asset read on markets without the noise.

Cross-asset commentary Daily, weekly and monthly notes across crypto, equities, gold and energy.
Quantitative dashboards Regime indicators, positioning data and cross-asset signals, updated continuously.
Original research Single-thesis deep work: one idea, fully argued, with the data shown.
Tools & data access Screens, models and datasets from our internal research stack.

Published as general research and market commentary, not personalised advice.

II / ADVISORY

Capital Advisory — for companies

Independent advice for early-stage and growth companies preparing to raise. We work with a small number of mandates at a time, aligned to outcomes rather than retainers.

Transaction preparation Positioning, materials, financial narrative and data-room readiness.
Valuation & structuring Grounded analysis of what the business is worth and how the round should be built.
Investor targeting Data-led mapping of the investors most likely to lead, not the longest list.
Process management Sequencing, diligence and momentum, from first outreach to close.

Engagements are success-aligned. Regulated activities, where required, are conducted through appropriate arrangements.

Research

A fixed cadence. A consistent standard.

Every publication is dated, archived and accountable to its own record.

Daily
The Morning Mark
A short cross-asset open: what moved, what mattered, and the one chart worth your time before the session begins.
Weekly
Second Sight
The flagship note. Market regime, positioning, and where our quantitative read and fundamental view agree, and where they part ways.
Monthly
Deep Research
One thesis, fully built: model, assumptions, scenarios and the honest case against it.
Continuous
Dashboards & Signals
Live quantitative tooling for subscribers: regime indicators, flow monitors and screens, updated through the day.
Founders

Built by practitioners, not commentators.

Quantitative Research & Technology

Shoibe Ayam

Quant developer at Jefferies, where he built real-time equity risk and analytics systems. Previously engineered pricing and portfolio tooling at Beacon Platform, acquired by Clearwater Analytics. Leads the firm's models, dashboards and data infrastructure.

Markets & Client Advisory

Aryan Ayam

Assistant Director at NatWest, where he led a £130 million financing from origination to close at 20. Previously led growth and strategy at Rhythm, a crypto trading platform acquired by MoonPay. Leads advisory mandates and client relationships.

Both partners were pre-seed investors in Rhythm ahead of its multi-eight-figure acquisition by MoonPay.
How we work

Three commitments.

Shown, not asserted

Every view comes with the data and the model behind it. If we can't show the work, we don't publish the call.

A public record

Our calls are timestamped and archived. We review them openly, the misses as carefully as the hits.

Few things, done properly

A small number of subscribers served well, and a small number of mandates executed properly, beats scale without standards.
